Q: Macbook Storage

When I look at the storage of my mac, it says "210.31 GB free of 249.8 GB". However, based on the storage bar below, it seems that I have less free space available. I also DO NOT have too many apps on my mac, so having 210.31 GB of free space is reasonable.

Could you explain why the following bar appear to show that I have a little free space available?

Still doesn't work. I reindexed spotlight but nothing happened and the storage bar still looks almost full.
