Q: iAd -Your campaign is incomplete - Finish Setup

What does this status mean?

I have a custom banner iAd created by iAd Producer.

That ad has been approved.

I have a line that refers to that iAd.

The past 3 days I set a line for the next day to start, but the status never changed.

I deleted the "line" and created a new one with the next day to start.  No errors are mentioned.
