Q: new hard drive

After having new hard drive installed I transferred everything over from time machine but the new hard drive is showing 436 GB used as other so I don't know what is using so much space is there any way of knowing what is using all that space.

I also had iMovies on the old hard drive which is obviously not on this one, I cannot find any movies should they be on time machine and if so how do I find them?
