Q: I am unable to upgrade my IPad to the IOS 9.2.1. Every time I click to install it closes out and goes back to my home screen

UNable to upgrade my iPad to the new iOS 9.2.1 I click to install, however it closes and goes to my home screen

I would suggest that you update it by connecting the iPad to a computer running iTunes. It sounds like there is an issue trying to do it OTA.
