Q: Where to find contacts in mail

There should be a plus sign in a circle on the far right side of "To:" to click on that brings up the Contacts list when you are composing a message.

No I don't. I don't really use mail.

The Contacts for Mail can be found in Contacts (or Address Book if tis is an older Mac)

They are not in mail.

Apparently you need to create a Group to use

Just drag from the Address Picker to the email.

Not sure what to tell you. I created a group in Contacts and named it. I can email from Contacts or select the group name from the drop down menu in Mail.

And I can do the whole group at a time or I will become flagged for being spam.  So I have to  pick bunches at a time.  I was just hoping it would work like it use to as it made life much easier for me. 

Make smaller Groups.
