which ever devices it isn't working on do a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the device to boot back up. No data is lost doing a reset.

Feb 12, 2016 2:15 PM in response to votuanhby Slater2028,I have the same problem. I have an iphone 6s plus and the software is up to date. I also have a Mac mini (Late 2014). I also have an ipad 3 third generation. I can connect my ipad with my Mac Mini without any problem via bluetooth, but I have never succeeded to connect the iphone. They don't even see each other. I can not use Air Drop and it is frustrating. I don't know what to do. WE NEED HELP!!!
