Q: [SEND] button is suddenly missing from composed messages

[SEND] button is missing from my newly composed messages within new mail area. All inboxes are online and I am receiving all my current mail, I just cannot SEND once I compose new mail.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
