It seems you are unable to make a backup of your iPad 2 through the iTunes application on multiple computers. You have been very diligent with troubleshooting so far, and I found a Knowledge Base article, that covers most of the steps you've already performed but also some additional steps you may not have:
If you can‘t make an iTunes backup of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Reset the Lockdown folder.
Try resetting the Lockdown folder to start or save a backup.
