Feb 13, 2016 12:57 PM in response to Suddessby ChrisJ4203,Where did you purchase this device? Is it possible that you have a device sold in a country that prohibits FaceTime? Are you connected to Wi-Fi? If you go to Settings, do you see FaceTime there?

Feb 13, 2016 12:57 PM in response to Suddessby Niel,On the device, open Settings, General, and then About. An iPod touch which has AB or AE just before the slash in its model number won't have FaceTime.

Feb 13, 2016 1:22 PM in response to Suddessby ChrisJ4203,I believe the answer is what I hinted earlier about purchase location and what Niel said about the model number. Your device does not have FaceTime on it, and you will not be able to change that.

Feb 13, 2016 1:23 PM in response to Suddessby Niel,That iPod touch originated from a country where FaceTime is either banned or tied to a wireless carrier. Since an iPod touch can’t be connected to a carrier’s network, ones which fall into this category won’t have FaceTime, and there isn’t a way to add FaceTime to them.
If needed, sell it and buy one which originated in a different country.

Feb 13, 2016 1:23 PM in response to Suddessby lllaass,Googling shows that MD720AB/A was manufactured for Sadia Arabian market. Thus, it does not have FaceTime and there is no way to get the FT app to appear on the device.
