Q: Apple ID and password

I have Apple 4S, ID & password has been reset numerous times. It is stuck on old ID and password and I'm unable to upgrade or get new apps for a long time because of this. I can sign on to Apple site with new ID and password, but not apps. Any ideas?

If you have the same Apple account but just changed the Apple ID for it, see: If iCloud asks you for the password to your previous Apple ID - Apple Support
