Feb 14, 2016 1:18 PM in response to samziggy13by Philly_Phan,If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. Feb 14, 2016 2:23 PM in response to samziggy13by samziggy13,I restored the phone this evening after it became
disabled. Once completed the phone restarted and just went straight back to saying disabled and to connect to iTunes. I then tried to restore again as the phone is still disabled and it won't do it. I have just updated my iTunes and still no luck!

Feb 14, 2016 3:24 PM in response to samziggy13by Crittie,is it possible you updated the ios rather than restored? If you only update it will go through the update process and still be disabled. If you put the phone into recovery or dfu and do a full restore it will need to be activated and you would then need to restore your most recent backup.
