Feb 15, 2016 11:06 AM in response to 10ram24by britishbill,The phone can be restored multiple ways. From the above posts I read you can do it through recovery mode. If you are under warranty and the recovery mode option doesnt work you can take it to Apple and if they cant restore the device it could be replaced by Apple.

Feb 15, 2016 2:16 PM in response to britishbillby 10ram24,I've tried the recovery mode, but my iTunes says that i need to update my iPhone, so i try and update it and it shows on the iPhone screen that its downloading but when it finally downloads it goes back to the apple logo
