Feb 15, 2016 10:16 AM in response to Figlehorn64by ManSinha,T Mobile did not fully come on board with their iPhones until iPhone 6 - so in essence you have to check what model iPhone 5 you are using and whether it is capable of accepting the 1700/2100 band which is T Mo's LTE bands
Also check your Access Point Name settings
