ApplicationsHi,
Are the computer and iPhone On and awake at the same time ?
Is the iPhone joining the LAN the Mac is on properly ?
Is it getting new SMS items in the meantime (Is it connected to the Carrier Service) ?
The iPhone should join the LAN when it is in reach as a remembered service.
It will expect to be able to do so using DHCP (It means the router is automatically giving out IP addresses).
Whilst a router can connect to 256 devices in total (one being the Uplink to the internet) some routers maybe restrict the DHCP range which may mean that the iPhone does not get on to the Internet using the LAN.
Does it say it is connected to the WiFi for your LAN each time it should ?
