Q: Have to unplug headphones then replug in to get them to work on start up

Have to unplug headphones then replug in to get them to work, They use to work all the time if I just left them plugged in. Out of the blue they stopped working. In device manager when I boot up (this is when they dont work) it shows that its on speakers only, Once I unplug my headphones it shows up... There is no unknown devices anywhere. It shows as "Cirrus Logic CS4208". Far as I can tell there is no new drivers... Is there anyway that I can force bootcrap to redownload the drivers?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), Windows 10
