Q: Problems exporting an entire book project to preview as PDF

I'm using Photo 1.0.1 to make a book and I'm having problems exporting to PDF.  The books is almost 100 pages but  when I try to preview a PDF or export to PDF, it will only let me get a PDF of the first 16 pages. I haven't seen a dialogue box that lets me adjust the page numbers.

I tried printing to PDF, but since the book is made of a mixture of spreads and individual pages, it clips the spreads to fit the standard page size and gives me margins on all of my full-bleed pages.

I'm working on the book for several family members and would like to be able to send them a preview before they purchase. This has worked on books I've made in the past and I'm not sure what's changed.
