I understand that you are having issues with downloading content from Apple's website when using your Time Capsule. Let's see if we can figure out what is going on.
The first thing that comes to mind is that it might be a configuration issue with your Time Capsule. I would recommend resetting your Time Capsule and reset it up using Apple's recommendations to ensure the best connection. Take a look at the article below for details regarding this.

thanks for the reply.
I tried reset - didn't work. also looked at the 'Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points' - still the same.
When I'm doing speed test it shows download speed of 12mb.
only when trying to download from Itunes store or Mac App store (on my desktop) or App Store (on the iphone) download speed is very slow.
other downloads from other websites are ok.
I have attached pictures:
pics 1 and 2 - are downloading itunes for windows and an app from itunes - look at the estimated times.
pic 2 - downloading Apple Airport utility for windows - estimated time is ok.

It sounds like you have everything setup right on your Airport. The next thing to do would be to contact Apple Support for further troubleshooting. You can start that process by using the link below.
