Q: Certain Keys Not Working On Bluetooth Keyboard

I have a 2009 Wireless Keyboard, and the c and e keys have stopped working.

I've tried it on 2 different computers and they both have the same problem. What's weird is that with the Caps Lock pressed, the buttons work fine (But in upper case, obviously). If I hold the Shift key down, then the e works (in lower case!) sometimes, but the c does not.

The resource below provides some troubleshooting steps for the issue you are having with two keys on your wireless keyboard. Give theses a try, and if the issue persists, perhaps a local Apple Retail Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider can physically inspect the keyboard for you.

Try resetting the NVRAM. If that does not work, the KB is probably failing and needs to be replaced.
