I understand that you are seeing a prompt to enter in a different iCloud account that what is already signed in. Let's see if we can get that sorted out.
When this happens, the best thing to do is to make sure that you are running the latest version of iOS on your iPhone. Once you have done that, then sign out of iCloud on your iPhone and then sign back in with the correct details. If the account was a previous one that you used in the past, you may have to change it to that so you can sign out. Take a look at the article below for more details.
