Q: iphone 6 plus warranty 10/2/2016.Our records indicate that this product has been replaced. Please provide the serial number for your replacement product to find the support and warranty coverage information.

Hi everyone

Iphone 6 plus had not been working, the screen can't touch.IMEI is ************, serial is F2******5QY,warranty coverage is 10/02/2016

I sent apple care for warranty,and apple repaired for me

Now,it has not working.

The warranty coverage is 10/02/2016.I'm Viet Nam.In this time is Tet ' holidays.I can give my phone to USA in 15/02/2016.I don't know apple can solve it for me.

Can anyone know that ? What do i do for solve this >

    I just received email of apple

     

     

    Customer states that device display multitouch is not responsive. When we pull up the IMEI in our system, the device shows it was already replaced in an Apple Store.

     

    We created an RTA escalation, and the escalation was denied.

     

    When connected to SNR, device could not be verified.

     

    Device SHOULD NOT BE REPLACED IN STORE.

     

    Resolution: Service Denied
    Reason: Unauthorized Modification

    What is RTA,SNR ?

    my device sent to apple care for repair multi-touch.apple repaired it.

    After that, this device had same problem.

    Now, i sent it to apple care and received result.

    I can't replace any part of device

    It is contractdictory result.

    I'm afraid you'll have to visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to get more info on your matter, or call Apple Support and ask them.

    It seems that there is a mismatch between the serial number for your device and the repair history they have.

    This is a user to user forum, we can't look into the personal details of your service and repair history, but the people at Apple can. If you contact them in person, you might be able to explain your side of view without writing a lot of emails back and forth.

    Sorry, but as we are all just users here, just like you. Only the people at Apple can tell you more details about the reasons why your phone will not be replaced anymore, and why they mention an unauthorized modification.
