Customer states that device display multitouch is not responsive. When we pull up the IMEI in our system, the device shows it was already replaced in an Apple Store.
We created an RTA escalation, and the escalation was denied.
When connected to SNR, device could not be verified.
Device SHOULD NOT BE REPLACED IN STORE.
Resolution: Service Denied
Reason: Unauthorized Modification

my device sent to apple care for repair multi-touch.apple repaired it.
After that, this device had same problem.
Now, i sent it to apple care and received result.
I can't replace any part of device
It is contractdictory result.

Feb 15, 2016 7:54 AM in response to hotmitby Ingo2711,I'm afraid you'll have to visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to get more info on your matter, or call Apple Support and ask them.
It seems that there is a mismatch between the serial number for your device and the repair history they have.

If you contact them in person, you might be able to explain your side of view without writing a lot of emails back and forth.
