Q: Problems with Safari in Ipad air 2

Hi.

A few days ago, when I open safari on my iPad Air 2 and look for something with google gives me the results but does not allow me to open them.

If I leave the finger pressed to open in new window is blocked and does not leave untouched the start button.

I installed Firefox and not to open google results. Although in another window.

I've been looking and it seems there was a problem on 27 January that was solved by disabling suggestions. I've done but not useless.

I not think it's the only person with this problem.

Is there any solution?

Cheers

Hola.

Desde hace unos días, cuando abro safari en mi iPad Air 2 y busco algo con google me da los resultados pero no me permite abrirlos.

Si dejo el dedo pulsado para abrir en otra ventana se bloquea y no sale sin tocar el botón de inicio.

Me he instalado firefox y tampoco permite abrir resultados de google. Aunque si en otra ventana.

He estado buscando y parece que hubo un problema el 27 de enero que se solucionaba desactivando sugerencias. Lo he hecho pero no sirve de nada.

No creo que sea el unico usuario con este problema.

¿hay alguna solución?

Saludos

    Hi, SegundoGS.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like the search function still doesn't work in Safari on your iPad 2 Air after making adjustments.  I would suggest clearing all Safari web data via the steps in the article below.

    Clear information from your device

To clear your history and cookies from Safari in iOS 8 or later, tap Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. In iOS 7 or earlier, tap Clear History and tap Clear Cookies and Data.

To clear other stored information from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.

Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.

Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

    Cheers

    Hi.

I tried it and it does not work.

    In google remains the same.

On other sites the links are opened.

In any site work "open in another window".

    Thank you.

    Hola.

    He probado y no funciona.

    En google sigue igual.

En otras webs se abren los enlaces.

En ninguna funciona abrir en otra ventana.

    Gracias.
