Q: can't sync my iPod; message says I must reauthorize my computer--over and over again
As I'm trying to sync my iPod touch with iTunes on my mac, I get this message.
So I click Authorize and I get the following message.
The Apple ID is one I haven't used in about 7 years (not my current ID which I have been using for some time. So, I insert my current ID and password and I get another message the says the computer is already authorized, but when I try to sync again the first message reappears and so it goes again and again.
Very frustrating. I've tried deauthorizing and reauthorizing, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions.
