Hi, yes.

4 s ipone. Went to update it. Now, the face of the iphone when you turn it on visual is what looks like the charger going into it. if that makes any sense. how do I restore it as I can't get to the icons?

Plug it in to your pc or Mac and restore it from iTunes.

Hi boyd,

no that doesn't work. all you get w that is a symbol on the iphone that shows to PLUG in the iphone

can't get past that visual on the iphone
