Q: Lost photos

i Recently upgraded from a 5s to a 6 and after signing into icloud on the 6 not even half of my photos came back! How do I get them all back?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue with your transition to your new iPhone 6. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on how you transferred your data, in particular your photos, between your old device and your new device.
