Q: Is there a way to have ONLY phone go through Bluetooth?

Feb 19, 2016 8:09 AMby jmg0157,Thanks, yeah, I tried the Airplay option but it doesn't let me specify to have the phone audio ONLY go to Bluetooth. It lets me select between iPhone or Bluetooth, but all audio (media and phone) will then go to the selected output.
This is quite frustrating and a seemingly easy fix (given that even WebOS figured out how to do it) which may drive me toward Android. :-/

Feb 19, 2016 8:13 AMby KiltedTim,Google maps talking over bluetooth when you're on a call is a design issue with google maps. Apple Maps, for example, is smart enough to know you're on the phone and will only chime briefly as a reminder to turn, etc. instead of interrupting your call. Waze will speak alerts and notifications, but very softly and it does not hamper the conversation.

Feb 19, 2016 8:18 AMby jmg0157,I've tried Apple Maps as well and the same issue happens...talks over my call. My call isn't interrupted and the person on the other end can't hear maps talking. But whenever the maps app (either one) needs to tell me to turn or whatever, it's like I'm on a conference call with 2 other people trying to talk over each other.
