Q: Can I use one Apple ID for over 10 computers?

I Work in a design agency and we want to sync our calenders / notes and updates using one apple ID. We want to use one ID over 10 Computers, is this possible?

    Yes. However, remember if all the computers use the same Apple ID they all will be receiving the same emails, messages, contacts, etc. unless you disable those items in the System/iCloud preference pane on each machine. If you do then if users have an iPhone or iPad that they use in conjunction with their work they won't be getting emails, messages, etc.

     

    You can use separate IDs for each computer for each user and then create Shared Calendars

    and invite each of the other 9 Macs to share the library.  With a shared library each user can add or remove entires.  I share two of my 6 iCloud libraries with my wife as shown here:
