Q: AirDrop disordered my photos and loose my favourites

When sending my photos from my iphone to my ipad, I loose the chronological order of the photos and the ones I have selected as Favourites. Is there any way to evade this from happening? Cause it's pointless to use AirDrop if this continues tonhappend...

thanks,

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2

    Hi E.Carreras,

I understand that you would like to keep everything in order when it comes to your photos on both your iPhone and iPad. I have two suggestions that will be of some help in the form of using iCloud to help you out.

The first suggestion would be to use iCloud Photo Library. This will keep your entire collection of photos and put them in iCloud. Any changes on one device, will be reflected on all other devices. This will count towards your iCloud storage but I would recommend looking at the FAQ's page in the first link for more details.

The next option would be to use iCloud Photo Sharing. You can create an album that will be in sync across all your device and it doesn't count towards your iCloud Storage. This will only keep that album in sync so keep that in mind. For more details, take a look at the next article for more details.

I Was trying to avoid iCloud since I had no more space there, but I believe what you say it would be the best way out.

    THanks!
