Depending on the age of your iPod nano (and where you live), Apple may not provide servicing for your iPod. See this document for iPods that Apple considers vintage or obsolete, and other details.
Vintage and obsolete products - Apple Support
If your iPod nano is more recent, you can get service at an Apple Store, if you have one nearby. Otherwise, you need to contact the official Apple customer support, starting here
https://www.apple.com/support/contact/
If the iPod is older, you may be able to get it serviced by an independent electronics repair shop (with Apple expertise) in your area.
