Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
If I understand your post correctly, you were getting an error that your Apple ID was locked. To resolve this, you then reset your Apple ID password, but now you're getting some error that has to do with verification. You might have to verify your Apple ID by following the steps in the link below.
