Feb 21, 2016 1:18 AM in response to huy71by Kenichi Watanabe,That means the iPod has a problem starting up. The iPod may need a Restore, or there may be a hardware problem, such as a faulty hard drive in the iPod.
Try doing a Reset (restart) of the iPod

Putting iPod into Disk Mode - Apple Support
If the iPod goes into Disk Mode, run iTunes and connect the iPod. iTunes may prompt you to do a Restore on the iPod with a message about "recovery." If you are OK with erasing the iPod, tell iTunes to proceed with the Restore.
If the iPod does not go int Disk Mode, or if the Restore fails, the iPod probably has a hardware problem.
