Feb 21, 2016 2:41 AM in response to jigs2010by lllaass,What is the exact wording of the message? Could it be referring to iCloud storage?
Also did you remove your recently delete photos and videos? Deleted ones are "saved" for 30 days or so unless you intentionally delete/remove them
Why does my iOS device say I have more photos than I can find?

Feb 21, 2016 2:48 AM in response to jigs2010by Briansyddall,Hi
You may have a bug are you using the latest software ios 9.2.1
If not update .
Also go to settings- iCloud - back up now
If all this is correct restore back to factory settings
After restore use same apple ID & iCloud back up to get apps/ data back .
Cheers
