Q: 6S plus Battery timing

HI , I got 6s plus 2 days ago , it works smoothly , what i am unsure about is can anyone tell what is REAL TIME battery time , is there any test to see if it is draining faster , like how much it should last , i saw this youtube video where after 4 hours of watching itunes video of better call saul , 6s plus was at 22% ,i dont have itunes video episode so is there any other way to compare , i think my 6s plus is draining faster even on standby , but how should i compare ,
