Q: how to retrieve a restore data such as photos?

If you need to restore a backup to your iPhone, see Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup and If you need help restoring your device from an iCloud backup.
If you want to recover a picture and you have iCloud Photo Library turned on, you can also check the Recently Deleted album. For help with this, see "How do I delete photos and videos from a device using iCloud Photo Library?" in Get help with your iCloud Photo Library.

Mar 5, 2016 1:30 AMby irene c w,can i ask what if I had a memory on my new phone that used the same iCloud id then I accidentally restored it with my old memory from my old phone and it got replace though it has the same id, and until now and already follow the instruction I can't retrieve my memory and I'm not sure if I already did back up or not for the new memory:( , can u help me? becauseI really need the photos there
