Q: MBA won't turn on and caps lock key is blinking?

Woke up this morning and tried to turn on my MacBook Air (2014). No startup chime, the display doesn't turn on and the caps lock button's light is blinking. Tried resetting PRAM, and plugging and unplugging, moving to a new power outlet, but it never turns on. The caps lock button just continually blinks.

Anyone know what this means?
