Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I understand that you are unable to either connect to the iTunes Store or it opens to a blank screen. Here are the troubleshooting steps that I would recommend going through for either issue.
If you see error 0x80090318 when you try to open the iTunes Store
If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store

Feb 21, 2016 3:32 PM in response to jason269by wonkawilly,All my devices, ipad, iphone etc connect fine to itunes store. Only my pc can't connect. Itunes loads everything else without a problem, except connecting to store.
All I get is screen saying "I TUNES STORE" but nothing happens. I can sync iphone etc with no problem. If I put in an item to search for in the search box nothing happens,

Thank you for the follow-up. I would still recommend that you go through the information in the two links that I provided as they address most issues connecting to the iTunes Store.
