Lost my down load ..of 1500000 chips more

You have the emailed receipts, if you haven't deleted them, of your purchases, or you can take screenshots of your account's purchase history via your computer's iTunes : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support.
If you haven't received an item you could also try contacting iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
