    Hello John Deer,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that you would like to sync multiple folders to your iPhone from iTunes, but are only seeing the option to sync one folder.

To begin troubleshooting, I would check to see where you are syncing the photos from. As shown in the following example, “Sync Photos from” is being changed from iPhoto to “Choose folder”.

If your photos are in a folder

    1. Select "Choose folder" from the pop-up menu.
    2. Choose the folder where you store your photos.
    3. Click Apply.

You can organize photos into subfolders to create photo albums.

I suspect this is what may have happened in your case. If you change “Sync Photos from” back to Photos or iPhoto, depending on what application you use, you should see the option again to sync selected albums.

If your photos are in an app

If you're synching from Photos, only your System Photo Library is available in iTunes.

    1. Choose the application you want to sync photos from in the pop-up menu.
    2. Choose to sync all photos or selected photos.
    3. Select "Include videos" to sync videos stored in that same app.
    4. Click Apply.

    Cheers!

Thanks for the response.  The problem still is I am being forced to make and choose from a Library and not from folders I was able to choose in the past.  If I start making new Libraries I will just be eating up more disk space instead of choosing photos I store in multiple folders.

Thanks for replying with this information.

Because you are still not able to sync selected folders after reading through the information above, I suggest contacting AppleCare directly. Contacting Apple Support will allow us to dig further into this situation so that we can provide you the best support possible.

AppleCare was called before your response and the person stated "..changes in iTunes..." so I guess someone at Apple decided to do some changes.

Even the button 'Selected Folders' is in the interface but can't be selected. Go figure.

    Thanks again for your responses.
