Q: Application Stuck in Fullscreen Mode

Hello, My makerbot application is stuck in fullscreen mode on el capitan. Im not sure if I quite the application incorrectly while in fullscreen. The app used to be windowed with the red yellow and green buttons on the top left like a normal window. Every since I went fullscreen I can't get it back. I have tried going through the options of the app to deselect fullscreen mode but no option is available. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall using three different methods, the uninstall application that came with the software, manually, and through "Appcleaner". Every time the application redownloads and opens in fullscreen mode again. This seems very weird because the application seems to be recognized as a window by OSx but also makes the dock and top menu bar disappear. El Capitan also will not let me select this application to split screen. I have attached Images. Is there some way I can COMPLETELY uninstall it? Or any other way to stop this from happening?
