Q: Hi, my ipad has stopped working with my bose soundlink mini. The bose still works with my phone and laptop. Dont want to do a system reset as itunes crashed and lost all my apps, books etc. Can anyone please heil?

Hi

My Bose soundlink mini has worked fine for 6 months and still works with my laptop and phone but wont work any more with my ipad. I have tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling etc but no joy. The Ipad says it is paired and will connect, it makes a beep on the Bose but then no sound. I don't want to do a system reset as my iTunes crashed on my laptop a while ago and while I have the music (from my music) I lost all my playlists, apps, books etc  so am afraid I will lose everything off my laptop. Please can anyone help?

Have you actually removed the mini link from the iPhone bluetooth list as in "forget this device" and then start the pairing process again

    I had the same problem and I tried all of the suggestions that people sent you.  Mine actually paired but I couldn't hear any sound.  Nothing worked!!  It was like that for almost a year.   Finally, I went to my settings and to music and switched on the sound check button.  Lo and behold, within 15 minutes, it worked!

    I Just had the same   Problem. My mini iPad would not connect to my sound link mini even though it used to work. I just tried on connecting and starting again as you wrote above and it worked great thanks.
