Q: Help! What do I do

Hi all,

i went to install OS X Capitan and it keeps coming

up with an error when installing and has wiped out everything (I believe)

i'm on boot up looking for OS X installer and don't know how to recover my original OS X!

Force Restart = Command + Control > Power Button

If still stuck > Contact Apple Support
