My iphone 4s cant wifi, cuz i upgrade to iOs 9, the wifi logo is gone but the gray circle only i have ? help me please

If I understand your post correctly, your Wi-Fi setting is grayed out on your iPhone 4s. To help troubleshoot this issue please follow through the steps in the link below.
