Q: iPhone 6 frozen on Apple loading screen
I noticed my iPhone 6 having problems this morning when it wouldn't let me update any of my apps. I was running ios 8.3 and just decided this was sign I should finally update to the most recent 9.2.1 firmware. When I plugged in my phone to my computer it was recognized by the computer and iTunes opened automatically but iTunes didnt recognize there was a device plugged in. I decided to just restore and update my phone on my phone since the computer wasn't co-operating. I went to General>reset in settings and selected the option to remove everything and retro to factory settings. It went to the apple screen with the loading bar underneath and I thought it was going smoothly. It sat for 3 hours and it hadn't even started loading. I tried a hard reboot as this has worked for me in the past in other issues but it just went back to same Apple loading screen. I put the phone in recovery mode and my computer finally recognized it but when I attempted to restore and update it, it said it could not connect to iTunes because the connection timed out. I've been trying to find a solution online to no avail. I'm posting here as a last resort as I am fairly good with iPhones and have been able to find a solution for all of my past problems. Please help, it's just been sitting on my desk all day with same Apple loading screen. It's been about 9 hours since I touched it last and it hasn't loaded any so I'll probably unplug it and let it die overnight due to fact that it is getting very hot. I'll try anything, all suggestions are helpful. Thanks.
