Q: Why does my iphone 6s keep randomly shutting down?

My iphone 6s will randomly shut down despite having plenty of battery life. I have to either plug the phone in or wait a few minutes before it will restart.

Hello,

Is your iPhone on the latest software update? If so then you will have to contact apple support or take it down to your local apple store. It could be a hardware issue.
