Q: I have reset my network settings and still unable to connect to wifi. Wifi button is grayed out. Any suggestions?

My WiFi kept going off and on so I reset to factory settings and still no WiFi available. I am using my

Tablet so I know WiFi router is good. I tried the hairdryer heat and that worked for about a day. I reset phone and reset

Network, WiFi bar still grayed out.. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If Wi-Fi is grayed out or dim on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
