Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. In the title of your post, you are asking a different question than in the body, so hopefully this information will clear up some confusion.
i have several apple products and I need to separate them because when my daughter face times me everyones go off
To answer this first question .... an Apple ID is assigned to a user, not to a device. So, if you do not want your daughter's FaceTime calls to appear on more than one device, either turn the devices off, or disable the FaceTime feature on the devices you are not using it for. Settings > FaceTime
I have 2 ipods, 3 ipads, 2 iphones and a mac air, how do I separate them so I can do the family sharing?
Same answer as above, but for Family Sharing, it would be important that your daughter has her own Apple ID (email address) and is not using yours. Just wanted to confirm this was the case.
Here is some additional information on Apple ID's and Family Sharing:
What is an Apple ID?
An Apple ID is the personal account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, iTunes Store, iCloud, iMessage, the Apple Online Store, FaceTime, and more. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as all the contact, payment, and security details that you’ll use across Apple services.
How many Apple IDs do I need?
Just one. Use the same Apple ID everywhere you sign in to ensure that all your Apple services and devices work together seamlessly and you can access your personal content from all your devices.
Family Sharing makes it easy for up to six people in your family to share each other’s iTunes, iBooks, and App Store purchases without sharing accounts. Pay for family purchases with the same credit card and approve kids’ spending right from a parent’s device. And share photos, a family calendar, and more to help keep everyone connected.
You can only join one family at a time, and you can only switch to a different family group once per year.
One adult in the family—the family organizer—can set up Family Sharing for the group from their iOS device or Mac. When you set up Family Sharing, you'll be asked to confirm that you agree to pay for purchases initiated by the family members you invite and that you have a valid payment method on file.
Hope that helps ...
