Q: My iphone 5s isn't showing up under devices when I sign into my Apple account online.

When I log into my Apple account online using my Apple ID and password, no devices are showing up under "Devices used to log into this account." How do I get my iPhone 5s and my Ipad Mini to show up?  I currently back up my iPhone using iCloud. Shouldn't that device be listed? Capture.JPG

Are you certain your ID for iCloud backup and the ID you signed into above are one and the same? (some people have multiple IDs).  Are your 5s and Mini signed into the iTunes & App Store using the ID above?

 

If you only use one ID, see the article below:

Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support

 

It suggests that if you don't see your devices, you may have some security questions that you have not fulfilled?

    Thanks so much for the reply. Yes, I'm using only on Apple ID. And, yes, I am logged into iTunes and the App Store using the same Apple ID. However, I think I just found the answer to my own question.  My iPhone currently has iOS 7.1.2 running and the article says that versions prior to iOS 8 won't be listed....if I'm reading that correctly.
