Q: Error when downloading Itunes

I'm currently trying to install itunes on my laptop after getting a new hard drive a little bit ago. I have been trying for the past week now and every time I try to install in an error message pops up saying [An error occured during the installation of assembly "microsoft. HRESULT . 0x8007054F] I have no idea what that means or how to fix it, if anyone can help me in the slightest I would greatly appreciate it.
