Feb 24, 2016 8:43 AM in response to campbellcjby campbellcj,Hi, I should have clarified that (a) I already tried deleting the plist file per other post suggestions (b) redownloaded and reinstalled itunes 12.3.2.35 and (c) my Apple ID continues to work fine everywhere else including in the App Store on this same machine and on the web site.

Feb 24, 2016 10:40 AM in response to campbellcjby campbellcj,So strange! Now less than 24 hours later, it is working fine again. I guess I have to assume there were iTunes Store/Server issues.
