Feb 24, 2016 9:14 AM in response to QuickTimeKirkby belly62,I am closing this so called discussion, since I believe one thing and others believe another. Apple know my reasons, that is why they stopped people from seeing my last closing of this discussion. Since I won't go into that, I hope this time that this one stays up to finalise things all together.

Threads remain open. Only the Host can lock or archive them. Other people will be free to, if they wish, post in this thread for quite some time in the future.

Why has this website changed so much where it is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate to where you want to go. I want to download SAFARI for my Windows based laptop and CANNOT FIND IT ON THIS STUPID WEBSITE. People would think on how many times MICROSOFT and especially BILL GATES has helped financially to get APPLE out of financial **** and CLOSURE, that it would be easy to find what one is after rather than putting it somewhere where IT CANNOT BE FOUND.
Because there is no longer a Safari for Windows. You can not download it because it does not exist.

Feb 24, 2016 9:27 AM in response to belly62by Phil0124,Last year, Safari 5 would still have been available for download for Windows from Apple. It has since been removed because its no longer supported nor maintained in any way.
Its also very very old now, and I do not believe it had received any updates since it was discontinued in 2012.

One, Apple is no longer developing Safari for Windows, so you will not find a link to download it on any Apple website. Two, any website where you DO find a link for it should not be trusted, because it will be loaded with malware and adware and who knows what else. Three, Apple doesn't read these forums, it's a user-to-user community, so you're swearing and shouting at people that can't do anything about your problem. Four, getting antagonistic with people for answering your question, even if it's not the answer you want, isn't going to help you either.
