Q: my internet is running really slowly

My internet started running really slowly yesterday, both on my MacBook Pro (purchased late 2014) and my iPhone 6S. A page will start to load, and then essentially freeze. It takes a minute or two for the page to completely load. I connect using WiFi, and there's nothing wrong with my signal. I checked with my provider and there isn't anything wrong with my router either. I've cleared the cache and done a number of other things which were suggested via numerous internet searches, but nothing is working. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
